Winning Poem By Nevaeh Gordon (age 9) Dance Monday Most people say Monday , isn't their day. But Monday, yes Monday, it's my day! A time to hear the music A time to hear the beat A time to start moving and jump on your feet. From 'Bounce' by Iggy, to 'Who Run the World '(Girls) by B, that's the type of music I like to dancing too. Bang it out too! Tricks, flips, leg spins and knee turns are really fun to learn. To add style, flare and a twist to my routines. My moves are my own, unique style and tone. I move to the rhythm of the tune, hearing the beat through my bones. My teachers are talented and friends make dance sooo exciting! Dance is my thing, it's the best 60 minutes of my Monday!
